The FunSongs Action Songs Method

New language for life

Imagine your classroom alive with excitement as your students sing and move in coordination and all in English! They are having a great time, the results are excellent, and you are relaxed, knowing that you are following a programme that gives your learners new language they will remember for life. Watch a class of Latvian primary school kids performing an action song for their parents. Marvel at the quality of their English as they jump for joy!

How FunSongs works

The FunSongs Method is an organized way of presenting, teaching and learning new language through action songs. Combining melody and mime, rhythm and rhyme will help you to make your English lessons fun and productive.

Please read this carefully.

  • The action song is the vehicle through which new words, themes and simple grammar structures are presented.

  • The words of the action song should not be seen until the class has learned the song and can perform it.

  • The graded worksheets that accompany each action song package will help you recycle and practise the language in different situations

  • FunSongs action songs are ideal for school concerts, events and performances.

This engaging music and movement approach offers an exciting and motivating way of engaging your kids in the learning process.
